At SAZ, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. Each piece is carefully selected, and we encourage customers to review product descriptions, photographs and sizing information before ordering.

Change of Mind & Incorrect Size

As SAZ offers a carefully curated collection in limited quantities, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

This includes situations where an item is no longer wanted, a different colour or style is preferred, or the incorrect size has been ordered.

Please review our Size Guide and product details carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure about sizing, contact us at bysaz.co@gmail.com before placing your order.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at bysaz.co@gmail.com.

To help us assess your concern, please provide:

A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item, where possible

We will review your concern and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Colour & Product Variations

We aim to represent our garments as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Minor differences that do not amount to a failure to meet consumer guarantees do not automatically qualify for a return.

Return Shipping

Where a return is required under Australian Consumer Law, SAZ will comply with its obligations regarding reasonable return costs and the applicable remedy.
