Products & Sizing

We do our best to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Sizing can vary between different designs, so please check the measurements provided for each item before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, you're welcome to contact us before placing your order.

Jewellery and styling accessories shown in our photos are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at bysaz.co@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection, so please review the product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
